Today was the worst possible day imaginable.
T-minus hours until my vacation and of course what has to happen before anyone goes on vacation? They’re flooded with work. This time is obviously no different. I was very productive earlier in the week and then in one fell swoop, the entire thing goes to hell in a handbasket.
I inadvertently distributed an e-mail to the wrong audience and that resulted in me seeking out ways to control any ill-effect as a result. Let’s just say that the entire day was devoted to stress and unfortunate guilt and disapproval at myself for letting it escalate to that level. However, if I take anything away from this is that I need to be more patient with what I’m doing and at the same time, stop running my mouth and being so dramatic. I’m always improving so you don’t have to worry…I’m trying to be the best that I can and I’ll make sure I’ll do better.
But yeah, today wraps up my last day for a bit and now I’m packing and hopefully will have a most entertaining and adventurous time at my next destination.
