Yet another bowl game I MIGHT get to work on
So in case you haven’t heard, there are folks here in Washington, DC that wanna go ahead and put together yet another bowl game in the nation’s capital. Somewhat fittingly dubbed the “Congressional Bowl”, this so-to-be NCAA sanctioned bowl game will become yet another college bowl game that we’ll all have to sit through during December before we get to the dreadful Bowl Championship Series.
But anyways, back to the Congressional Bowl. I’ve worked on bowl games before and even attended one of the most prominent ones in college history - the Sugar Bowl where my ever favorite UH Warriors unfortunately got slaughtered by ‘dem dawgs from UGA. So this is a little bit of a surprise that I’ll have yet another chance to possibly be involved in this year’s bowl game. It should be fun seeing that it pits one of the military academies (Navy or Army) and another unnamed team. No doubt that there aren’t that many details released yet because it is WAAAYYY too premature.
Oh well…guess we’ll see how involved I’ll be this time. Any chance of me getting free tickets??!?
