Howard County has nothing to do but waste resources?
So I’m glad to hear that Howard County has all this available manpower to spare by using several fire engines to celebrate the Christmas season. Don’t get me wrong, I’m all for being in a jolly mood over this holiday, but c’mon, do you need to go around for hours on end blaring your fire engines, especially through neighborhoods? You know why they did it? It’s because they wanted to get people’s attention and formed their own little parade. Yeah, that was pretty well accomplished, but at the same time, did they consider the neighborhood folks before doing it? Once in a while blaring the sirens is fine, but they literally scared my dog and I don’t think that’s cool. The Howard County fire department in Maryland is so inconsiderate when they do those type of things and I’m glad that my tax dollars are going to fun a bunch of inconsiderate folks during the holidays. What if there was a huge fire? I’d like to hope that there would be enough fire companies available to serve and protect the county’s constituents. Wasteful departments…I hope I didn’t pay for Santa to ride around in the back of a car…
