Chop’t Grand Opening - Free Salad for Lunch

The grand opening of Chop’t in Penn Quarter/Downtown in DC was probably much more than what the owners of this new salad bistro had in mind. I wouldn’t know as I walked by and saw this enormous long line stretching out along 7th Street and turning the corner by Fuddruckers on H Street.
